ENERGETIC PRODUCTS 25/11/18 12:32 pm There are many people that is obsessed with the perfect body shape and also with sport. Some athletes drink some energetic drinks while doing sport to feel with more energy and that staff. My father, for example, when he has a very long race he drink natural drinks that helps him to recover the salts that the body needs to keep going. However, not all people drink natural energetic products; many of them are artificial and bad for health. There are also many pills and food that people eat to be stronger. I do not agree with that type of keeping in shape, I think it is not natural. If a person wants to keep fit, the best thing he or she could do is eating healthy and doing sport, without these types of artificial products. 12:42 pm

SMOKING IN PUBLIC PLACES 24/11/18 8:22 pm In our society there are many types of people. The type of people that I am going to talk about are the ones that like smoking. I respect that some people could like it but I think that in public spaces like inside a bar or maybe next to you in a pub, is a bit annoying. There are open public spaces that are adapted to the ones that like smoking so people that smoke should use them. Another thing that I do not like about some people that smoke is that they throw the fag-end to the floor or to the sand of the  beach. If you do that, you are contaminating the places that the rest of people also use and go. So, I think that if people continue to smoke throwing the fag-ends in public spaces without respecting the other people, should be denied. 8:32 pm

ALCOHOL SHOULD BE CONTROLLED 23/11/18 10:08 am Alcohol is something that is in every party. The bad thing is that teenagers of 13/14 years also drink it in parties when they should not do it. I think that if a young teenager starts to smoke or drink this type of drinks, is going to have health problems in the future because this is not good. The fact is that not in all places where you can buy alcoholic drinks or cigarattes ask you for your age, maybe because they just want to earn money and they do not care about the health of young teenagers. REAL EXPERIENCE OF FILMS AND TV SERIES 22/11/18 10 :32 am There are many action, thriller or horror tv series or films that people love that have created some entertaiment atractions to all their fans. For example, there is a game called Escape Room. The Escape Room is based on horror, action or thriller themes dedicated to our entertaiment. For example, here in Murcia, there is a company of Escape Rooms that gives you some films or tv series themes to participate on. It is a bit expensive but if you go with many friends is cheaper. For example, there is a film called Saw. An Escape Room based on Saw may have different rooms where you will have to solve different games and crucigrams to enter to the next room. However, there are other people that want to start a diet with other reasons; for example, people with overweight as a sickness try to lose weight with that type of diet and maybe with some sports exercises. “INTERNET FRIENDS” 20/11/18 10:36 pm Thank you to music, video games, and social media, you are able to meet amazing people with your same hobbies and mutual thinks you love. Since I first knew about my favorite band (2012), I have found on Twitter and Instagram girls that also liked them so we started talking and we are still friends. The amazing and sad at the same time thing about this is that you see them at their concerts. It is amazing due to you are spending time with them but it is sad because you can only see them once a year or once between two years and I really hate that. For example, last weekend I was in Madrid to go to the concert of my favorite band and I met my internet friend; I haven't seen her since 2016 and we were really happy to see each other. We spent an amazing time at the concert, in my opinion, this is the best experience I have had. There I have also met other girls that live around Spain that are amazing, we have been only 4 days together...

VIDEOGAMES 19/11/18 8:24 pm Videogames are a very famous way of entertainment. Through the years, many types of videogame machines, better videogames graphics, etc have appear. I remember that the first videogame machine that I had was a gameboy and after it a nintendo. I loved it and I still have the nintendo by the way. Therefore, videogames have became very famous in the teenagers society and due to that, they are more and more expensive. However, I think videogames should be a way of entertainment that cannot influence kids behaviour. With that I refer to videogames addiction and violence videogames. In my opinion, kids should have a paternal control of videogames and electronic devices to have a healthy childhood. I think that this is a very controversial topic that is putting the people that are for abortion versus the ones that are against it. I think this should be a thing legal in every country due to many things; for example, when a young girl is rapped and she is pregnant, obviously she wants to abort. This is a really good reason because who wants to have a baby that comes from a rape? It could be amazing but there are many people that thinks that this girls should have the baby no matter the circunstancies. FREE EDUCATION 17/11/18 11:50 am The educational system is something that has to be one of the principal things in all the countries. The government gives to students some economical helps to the ones that needs it to help them study at bachiller, university, etc. However, in some countries people cannot study due to the expensive price of education. I think that education should be free in all the countries because there are people that really wants to study and they cannot due to they cannot afford it. Last week my mother said to me that the government decided to quit ERASMUS students helps; I do not no if this is true but, if it is, it would be very unfair. A place that I would visit 16/11/18 11:42 am The Great Salt Lake is the largest salt lake in the USA. It is located in Utah. I would go there due to I love natural landscapes. I have seen many photos of it on the internet and I think it would give me astonishing views. I also love to photograph every place that I visit and I think I would take amazing pictures at that place. In addition, you have the Salt Lake City there, where you are able to visit amazing buildings like the Salt Lake Temple, the Natural History Museum of Utah, Cathedral of the Madeleine, etc. I would also love to visit there the Liberty Park and the Sugarhouse Park. I also love doing hiking when I go to that type of natural places and this place is perfect for it due to all the hiking ruts that it has.  11:52 am

My bedroom 15/11/18 10:25 pm My bedroom is a place where I feel relax. I spend all day here when I am at home, to be honest. I study, draw, listen to music, watch films and TV series, etc in my room. I also have it decorated, I have many posters of my favorite band, photos with my friends on the wall, a guitar that someday I will try to learn to play it, etc. I also have many books that I have read, I also love reading in my room. I live in a flat but it is not a noisy flat, all my neighbors are very quiet and respectful. Also, my bedroom is very big and I have all the things very tidy so when I enter I feel good and relax. 10:35 pm

Cameras 14/11/18 11:55 pm I think that taking photos of everything you love or like is a way of remembering it. Over the years, there are many types of cameras: polaroids, digital cameras such as Nikon, phones... I love taking photos of everything, I love photography in general. I wish I have a Polaroid camera to take photos and have them on photographic paper at the moment, I love that feeling. However, I do not have one so what I do is taking photos with the phone and then, with an app called Lalalab I print them. I think is an excellent option to have your photos hanging on your wall. I love looking at my wall and see the faces of my friends, the places that I visited and I loved or just a panoramic of a landscape that I like. Nowadays, you can just have all the photos on your computer or on your phone; however, I am more old-styled on that topic.  12:04 am

Shopping 13/11/18 1:07 pm Going shopping is something known as a women hobby. However, I think all people could like going shopping, it does not have to be a stereotyped hobby. There are different types of shopping due to it depends on what you want to buy. You could buy everything that comes to your mind: clothes, merchandising of your favorite band, singers, tv series, etc, cosmetics, jewelry, sports stuff, etc. Because of that, there is a place called the shopping center. A shopping center has a lot of different shops where you can find all the things that you want. In a city, you can usually find many of them. Another way of going shopping is buying online. The bad thing about buying online is that if you buy something that is needed to be tried, you cannot try it and if is not your size, you have to give it back online and in my opinion, it is stressful. A special gift I have given 12/11/18 7:13 pm Later, I talked about my best friends, so I also thought of talking about one gift that I gave her. Sometimes, we liked to send us gifts; for example, the last gift that she gave me was the first time we met. She gave me makeup, a beautiful letter, a cactus pillowcase and a cup from her trip to Rome. I loved it. So, I send her another one. Inside the box, I put: earrings, a photo of us when we first met, a phone case, a necklace that I made for her and a note that said that next summer I will go to visit her. She loved it. The working student 11/11/18 7:41 pm A working student is known as a person who always does the homework and always study at home. However, I think that a working student is also a person that tries hard without studying and do everything every day. For example, I live far from the university, and I found it impossible to do all the things in one day. I am only able to do homework and practices because I also need to sleep. I usually study more on Sundays because that day I am at home. However, I do all my homework, I go daily to class but I do not study every day and I consider myself a working student. 7:49 pm

My best friend 10/11/18 11:36 am If I think about one of my best friends, the first person that comes to my mind is Nuria. She has the same age as me, 18. The only bad thing is that she lives in Extremadura. We met on Twitter 5 years ago because we both liked a music band so we started talking, and since that, we talk every day. We call each other with frequency and we talk about everything. We are always telling our daily routing and our family or friendship problems and we always help each other. Is a very nice person: however, the thing that I most admire about here is how honest she is. In a friendship, I love honesty, I am very honest with my friend and if a feel that I need to say something I said and normally, my friends from here do not like it due to they hate the truth. The people I live with 9/11/18 8:03 pm At the moment, I am living with my mother and my brother in a flat. My mother is a person that is normally silence; however, when my brother is here, she usually starts to get mad at him and they start screaming. My brother is an 11 years old kid that is very active and cannot be doing anything. He is always running through the house or talking loudly and also watching videos with very loudly. My mother and I usually get mad at him because of that. There are other days that I have to live with my father and my grandma', I also love being there with them because we spend many funny moments. The only bad thing is that when I am studying, my grandma' forgets what I am doing and maybe she starts to call a friend loudly and that type of things and that really annoys me. Parties and alcohol 8/11/18 12:21 pm Parties are a known way of having fun. Young people are the ones that are most used to go to parties. However, also teenagers and adult people go to party too. The good thing about parties is that you can enjoy time with your friends dancing, listening to music and drinking. The bad thing is that many people lose control and could hurt other people, this is caused by alcohol and drugs. For example, if you know that you are going to drink alcohol at a party, you know that you shouldn't drive after drinking it due to causing an accident. Another example is all the fights that are caused at many discos due to people that get drunk. I think that we should avoid that because we do not need to drink as much to have fun.  12:30 pm

Friendship 7/11/18 9:00 am In my opinion, being a friend of somebody means to know that he or she is going to stay with you always and you are going to stay with him or her always, it has to be mutual. I think that a friendship consists of having trust in somebody and that you can tell him or her everything that happens to you or the things that you want to tell him. Also, is very helpful when you are through a difficult moment because a friend is going to be there supporting you all the time. Another good thing about friendship is that you have somebody to laugh with and to do different activities like doing sport, watching films, going shopping or having a walk. However, you have to be careful with people, because there are people that pretend to be your friend but they are really not. This type of people may hurt you with the pass of time. 9:11 am  

"All the bright places" 06/11/18 10:20 I would like to talk about my favorite book; "All the bright places". This book is written by Jennifer Niven, an American writer from North Carolina that has written many teenagers book like this one and "Holding up the universe". "All the bright places" is about a girl, Violet, that has recently lost her sister in a car accident. She is having mental problems and one day she starts getting help from a boy called Finch that apart from having serious mental problems, like suicide thoughts, tries to help her to be fine as she has always been. I love that book because it talks about some controversial teenagers problems that are very actual nowadays. 10:30
