Do refugees need the internet?

Do refugees need the internet?
At many places in the world, human rights have improved significantly. When refugees came into our country, there are many refugee camps for them to have a place to stay. So, talking about people that are only thinking about escaping from war and poverty, I think that having an internet connection is not one of the most important things. They need organizations and charities to help them having the most important necessities like food, clothing, work, etc.  If a famous internet label like Facebook wants to help them, it is perfect, but giving them internet connection it is not a good idea when they only want to have the basic things. Social networks are good to spread the things that are happening in the world, so instead of giving them internet connection, I think it is better to say what they really need and try to give it to them. In conclusion, if we have a high social status, it doesn't mean that the things that we want are the same as the ones that a person with a low social status wants.
