1. What's the topic of the TED talk? What's the main idea? When does the speaker introduce his idea? How?

   The topic is that creativity is one of the most important things in humans. The main idea is that we should treat creativity as other subjects. He introduces it on the first 5 minutes with an example of a girl painting "God".

2. What are the means of support used by the speaker to convince us of his opinion?

    With facts, personal experience, data, quotes, etc. Some examples are: he talking about his son, Pablo Picasso by children, mistakes and creativity, and the ballet dancer.

3. What's the speaker conclusion? How does he "conclude"?

     To know how rich is human capacity and he also said that human imagination is a gift and we should raise our children in a way that they can be imaginative and they can express.
