FIRST AID AND MEDICAL HELP SHOULD BE FREE

In some countries, medical services are not allowed to the ones that do not live in their country but first aid. In my opinion, no medial help should be forbidden to a person that really needs it, no matter what nationality they have, all of us have the same rights in all they countries without looking at the law, obviously. Now, talking about our country, there are many surgeries that if you want to heal from a sickness, you will have to pay. I find this disgusting, all the surgeries should be free for everyone that really needs them; obviously, esthetic surgeries are not necessary and I think they should be being paid for it.
